Inspection Procedures

We recommend all clients be present at the end of the inspection for a walkthrough of the property. Our inspection team begins on the property's interior and completes on the roof. We work from the ceiling down to the floors in every room and give special attention to the roof, electrical systems, HVAC systems, foundation, plumbing and windows due to them being the greatest expenses. During this inspection, we verbally point out each item being inspected, the conditions, any deficiencies and problem areas, and areas of excellent craftsmanship and materials. Along the way, our team provides detailed maintenance tips to educate the buyer on how this structure functions. After the verbal inspection is completed, our team writes up a detailed and comprehensive report for our clients and is available for any questions or concerns during the report.
