with my infrared camera, I see the areas missing insulation in the exterior wall on the left.

The heat transfer in this image really stands out!

Yep, more low lying insulation and heat transfer in the ceilings. This is your money being wasted!!

The dark blue area at the bottom of the front door is the cooler air coming in from the exterior.

The dark yellow/orange color at the top of the front entry door is the heat coming in from the exterior.

Here you can see the air flowing from the sides of the service register and not down and in to the room as intended.

Here's another service register that was not sealed properly which allows the air to flow along the ceiling.

Here, you can see the heat being transferred through the ceiling.

Here you see the gaps in between the rafters due to missing and or low lying insulation.

The bright orange/red color on the right is the heat coming from the attic due to the gaps at the interior attic stairway.

This image shows the heat transferring through the roof shingles and the roof decking. This particular home did not have any form of radiant barrier and the attic was not very well insulation.
